Winning Powerball ticket sold in Indianapolis’ northern suburbs
Indianapolis, Indiana – Before Saturday night’s drawing, a winning Powerball ticket was sold in the northern part of Indianapolis.
A news statement from the Hoosier Lottery states that the Hindi Marathon, situated at 7901 N Michigan Rd., is where a $50,000 ticket was bought. The winning numbers on Saturday were 27-28-34-37-44, with an 8 Powerball.
The winner on Saturday is urged by officials to make sure their ticket is kept safe, think about consulting a financial expert, and call Hoosier Lottery customer care at 1-800-955-6886.
Before Monday’s drawing, the Powerball jackpot is predicted to reach $270 million. Hoosier Lottery reports that the Powerball overall odds are one in 25.
In 1992, the first-ever Powerball jackpot winner came from Indiana. With 39 Powerball jackpot winners, the Hoosier State leads the country in this category.
