Indiana Department of Natural Resources offers free admission to its properties on your day off
Indianapolis, Indiana – Anyone is looking for fun activities to do for the Thanksgiving weekend, and we are suggesting you pay a visit to any Indiana state park, forest, fish and wildlife area, nature preserve, trail, or reservoir of your choice as the Indiana Department of Natural Resources is offering free admission on its properties on Black Friday.
You can get free admission as part of the #OptOutsideIN2022 campaign and you will be able to win prizes like annual passes and other DNR perks while you are at the properties.
To be eligible for a prize, all you have to do is capture pictures during your time spent in any state, forest, state-managed reserve, fish and wildlife area, nature preserve, or off-road state recreational area. After that, you will need to post your images on the social media accounts of the DNR while using the hashtag #OptOutsideIN2022.
In addition, this year you may enter to win a prize package that contains almost everything you need for a great picnic. The only thing you would have to do is subscribe to the Indiana National Resources Foundation E-Newsletter.
The lucky winners will be announced by December 16 on social media by the DNR.
