Semi and three all-wheel-drive SUVs are stuck in the ditch on Interstate 94
Indianapolis, Indiana – On Interstate 94, close to exit 22, there is a ditch with a semi and three all-wheel drive SUVs stuck in it.
Glen Fifield, a sergeant with the Indiana State Police, described the conditions as being cold, slick due to black ice, and slippery.
According to Fifield, “we’re asking people to use extra caution if you absolutely have to drive today.” This is the umpteenth time that this request has been made.
Sergeant Scott Keegan provides an update on the number of collisions, motor assists, slide-offs, and other types of traffic hazards that have occurred in the past 36 hours.
