Man arrested for involvement in July homicide
Indianapolis, Indiana – According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, a man was detained for his role in a homicide that occurred in July.
According to the IMPD, on July 12 in the 1900 block of Wallace Avenue, there were reports of a shooting. When the police arrived, they discovered a victim of a shooting.
Zech Thomsen, according to the police, was a person of interest all throughout the inquiry. Thomsen was taken into custody on Thursday after police said they’d been gathering information on the case for the past five months.
The hearing for Thomsen is set for January 3.
