Lane closure on Binford near I-465 due to patching of the pavement
Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indiana Department of Transportation reports that on Monday night, Binford Boulevard northbound will be temporarily closed due to pavement repair near the interchange for I-69 and I-465.
Just north of 75th Street, INDOT has already blocked off the right lane of Binford, pushing northbound traffic into the left lane. On the northeast side, the route is a well-traveled commuting route.
Monday night at about 9 p.m., workers will completely shut down northbound Binford. By Tuesday morning at least one lane of the two-lane boulevard should be available again. Once the concrete has dried out, both lanes will be accessible.
Drivers can still exit I-465 eastbound for I-69 northbound, according to INDOT.
