Single fatal shooting on the northwest side
Indianapolis, Indiana – Police are looking into a shooting that left one person dead on Indianapolis’s near-northwest side.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, there was a person down when officers were called to the 1100 block of West 27 Street.
When the police came, they discovered one adult male who was not breathing and had injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.
At the scene, the person was pronounced dead.
