Man shot and killed, and a female badly wounded at apartments on the northeast side
Indianapolis, Indiana — After a shooting early on Sunday morning at residences on the northeast side of the city, a man was declared dead and a woman was in critical condition, according to Indianapolis police.
Around nine on Sunday morning, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was dispatched to a shooting incident in the 4500 block of Mill View Court. That is at the Peppermill Farms apartments, which are located southwest of where East 46th Street and Shadeland Avenue converge.
A guy and a female were discovered shot on the second story of an apartment building, police said.
Both patients were in serious condition when they were taken to the hospital, where the man later passed away.
Once the man’s family has been informed, the Marion County Coroner’s Office will disclose his identity.
