After a heavy storm, campers’ bodies were discovered in a park
Owen County, Indiana – Following the discovery of two deaths in the campground of McCormick’s Creek State Park in Owen County, Indiana conservation officers are conducting an investigation.
As a strong storm passed over the campsite on Friday night and into early Saturday morning, emergency personnel checked the area to make sure everyone had made it to safety. The crew that was dispatched was then informed that two people were missing.
The victims’ bodies were found after more searches were carried out. The victims have been identified as Rossville, Indiana residents Brett Kincaid, 53, and Wendy Kincaid, 47.
