The GMR Grand Prix will shortly begin
Indianapolis, Indiana – Over at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, it’s race day!
With the GMR Grand Prix starting on Saturday afternoon, tens of thousands of spectators are preparing for an unforgettable event.
”The Indianapolis Motor Speedway fan is so generational,” Doug Boles, the president of IMS, said. “It’s generation after generation and passing down that tradition. That’s what a lot of today is about for families. They’re coming out, introducing their kids for the first time in-person to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the cars that run the Indy 500.”
There are several races to watch before the GMR Grand Prix, but first, the stars of the NTT INDYCAR Series take on the thrilling IMS road track later in the day! This covers the USF Pro 2000 Race 2 and the Cooper Tires USF2000 Races 2 and 3.
There are still tickets available for sale at the gates and online at IMS.com. A general admission ticket is $40; a flex ticket costs $54; and a reserved seat costs between $49 and $114. With a paid adult flex ticket, children under the age of 15 are admitted free.
Make sure to plan ahead and arrive early if you intend to attend IMS this weekend.
