Multi-car collision on north U.S. 31 left 3 people hurt
Bartholomew County, Indiana – Three persons were hurt in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday, and the police are now looking into the incident.
Deputies were called to an accident on North U.S. 31 just after 9 p.m., according to the police, close to the intersection with West 800 North.
All three individuals involved in the collision sustained injuries. All of them were brought to a nearby hospital, and one was sent via lifeline to a hospital in Indianapolis.
For over four hours, U.S. 31 was closed as the accident reconstruction team photographed the area of the collision. Alcohol is thought to be a contributing component by investigators.
As of Monday morning, there have been no updates on the investigation’s status or any arrests.
