A patient with a gunshot wound enters an Indianapolis hospital

Indianapolis, Indiana – After a shooting victim entered Eskenazi Hospital on Sunday morning, police are looking into the incident.
After receiving a report of a walk-in individual shot, officers were sent to 720 Eskenazi Avenue, the reported address for Eskenazi Hospital, shortly before 1:30 a.m., according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
According to the IMPD, when police got to the hospital, they discovered a person who had been shot. According to the most recent information, the victim was in critical condition.
No details on the location or time of the shooting were disclosed by the investigators.
