Annual Holiday Market This Saturday At Showers Commons
Bloomington, Indiana – The annual Holiday Market has arrived in Bloomington at Showers Commons at 401 North Morton Street.
This Saturday, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. is final Market of the season which will feature 20 farm vendors and the work of 12 local artisans.
The current forecast calls for a sunny day and a high of 50 degrees, so it will be a lovely day to start your holiday shopping.
There will be an area available for children to mail their letters to Santa, as well as a photo booth where one of the volunteer elves can snap a photo on your phone to commemorate your visit and to use for your family holiday cards!
We want shoppers to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so please be advised of these important safety protocols:
Entrance/exit – There will be only one entrance and one exit, which will be located in the plaza outside the entrance of City Hall.
Crowd capacity – in accordance with public health guidelines, we will maintain a headcount of shoppers within the Market. Please help us in our capacity efforts by not entering or exiting through fenced-off areas.
Masks required – Staff, volunteers, vendors, and shoppers will all be required to wear masks while in the Market area.
Hand sanitizer – Hand sanitizer will be available on-site at the entrance.
No public restrooms – The restrooms inside City Hall will not be available.
