Bloomington man arrested on meth, marijuana charges

BEDFORD – A Bloomington man was arrested after a Bedford Police officer stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation Wednesday night at State Road 37 and Patrick Robbins Way.
The officer stopped the driver 36-year-old Richard Howe, for speeding.
Howe gave officers consent to search the vehicle after officers detected the odor of raw marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle.
During the search, officers located a baggie of marijuana and a small glass jar that contained crystal meth.
Howe was arrested on charges of possession of meth and marijuana.
