Deserted Steak ‘n Shake on the northwestern side engulfed by flames
Indianapolis, Indiana – On the northwest side, there was a fire that the fire personnel reacted to at an empty Steak ‘n Shake restaurant.
At around 3:45 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, the Pike Township Fire Department was dispatched to the location of a building fire at 5635 West 38th Street.
The fire is currently under control, according to the crews that responded to the incident, and one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
An investigation has not yet been completed to determine what started the fire.
