Fatal hit and run leaves one motorcyclist dead in Southport, report
Indianapolis, Indiana – Motorcyclist is dead following the fatal hit and run accident that took place in Southport.
According to police, the accident happened Saturday early morning around 1:25 a.m. to the 7800 block of Madison Avenue in Southport. Adult male was pronounced dead at the scene he was struck by other vehicle while he was driving his motorcycle.
The driver of the motor scooter was thrown of the bike and the other vehicle fled the scene. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found the dead the body of the driver.
The police didn’t provide more information about the accident.
Everyone with information about the case is asked to call 911. Calls are anonymous.
