Fishers will start construction on a $135 million project
Fishers, Indiana – Officials from the City of Fishers, local residents, and representatives from the development company will break ground on a $135 million project that will comprise 381 opulent apartments, 81 townhomes for sale, 125 acres of public parkland, and 35,000 square feet of mixed-use space.
The name of the mixed-use building is “River Place Flats” in official documents.
During the River Place Flats Groundbreaking, Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness and CRG Residential Vice President of Development David George will make formal remarks. Building renderings, site visits, and a gathering of local business owners and community people will also be included in the celebration.
The event will take place at 9646 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 45260, on Tuesday, March 7 from 10 to 11 a.m.
