Fourth of July is just less than a week from now, this is where you can celebrate in Central Indiana

Bloomington, Indiana – With less than a week to Fourth of July, people are starting their preparations for their celebrations and fireworks.

Last year there weren’t many celebrations because of the pandemic, but this year there will be plenty of the for sure. This is where you can spend the holiday with your family and friends this year:

  • Bartholomew County

Independence Day at CERAland (3989 S. 325 E. Columbus)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

 

  • Boone County

Lebanon: Boone County 4th of July (Memorial Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

Zionsville 4th of July Celebration (Lions Park, 11053 Sycamore St., Zionsville)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

Whitestown Independence Day Celebration

  • Fireworks will be held on July 3 at dark (or approximately 10 p.m.).

 

  • Hamilton County

CarmelFest (1 Civic Square, Carmel)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 and July 5.

Lights Over Morse Lake Festival (Cicero Community Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

Noblesville July 4th Parade & Fireworks Festival (Forest Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

Westfield Rocks the 4th (Grand Park Sports Complex)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

Geist Reservoir (Hamilton Southeastern High School)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

Nickel Plate District (Holland Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

Spark!Fishers (Nickel Plate District Amphitheater)

  • Fireworks will be held on June 26.

Star Spangled Symphony (Conner Prairie)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 2, July 3 and July 4.

Geist Blast on the Bridge (Geist Reservoir)

  • Fireworks will be held on June 26 at dark.

Night at the Park (Avon Town Hall Park)

Pittsboro Freedom Celebration (Scamahorn Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 3 at 10 p.m.

Plainfield: Fireworks at Hummel Park (Hummel Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 9:55 p.m.

Brownsburg 4th of July (Arbuckle Acres Park, 200 N. Green St.)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

  • Fireworks will be held on June 25 at dark.

Franklin Firecracker Festival (Discover Downtown Franklin, 70 E. Monroe St.)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 3 at 10 p.m.

Downtown Indianapolis

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 at 10 p.m.

Marian County Fair (Marian County Fairgrounds — 7300 E. Troy Ave., Indianapolis)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

City of Lawrence (Lawrence Community Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4.

Beech Grove Fireworks (Sara T. Bolton Park)

Mooresville Fireworks Celebration (Pioneer Park)

  • Fireworks will be held on July 4 around dusk.

Martinsville 4th of July Fireworks (Jimmy Nash City Park)

If you’re enjoying your own fireworks this year, officials offer the following tips to keep your family safe:

  • Shoot off fireworks and use sparklers one at a time
