Indiana’s top court orders release of Rokita disciplinary agreement
Indianapolis, Indiana – The disciplinary agreement between Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita and the court was ordered to be made public on Thursday by the Indiana Supreme Court.
In 2023, Rokita was censured by the state’s highest court for remarks he had made concerning Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis physician who had aborted a 10-year-old Ohio girl.
In these situations, the agreements are frequently kept private.
However, Rokita stated in a letter to the court that he has no issues with it being made public.
Due to remarks he made on the punishment, Rokita is currently the target of a second disciplinary complaint.
