Large number of cyclists occupy downtown Indianapolis during the Honor Major Taylor Fondo event

Indianapolis, Indiana – Indy’s downtown was overrun by cyclists on Saturday for the IU Health Momentum Indy cycle festival.
At 8 a.m. Saturday, the Honor Major Taylor Fondo ride started with hundreds of bikers in attendance.
Drew Blair served as the master of ceremonies and led the crowd of several bicycles through the downtown area.
The ride is a component of the recently started IU Health Momentum Indy. IU Health Momentum Indy was a two-day cycling festival in downtown Indianapolis that featured bike races, rides, cuisine, music, and activities for the whole family.
The starting line was close to the intersection of New York and Meridian Streets.
People of all ages were able to make use of University Park’s entertainment, fitness opportunities, food trucks, and other amenities.
