Indianapolis, Indiana – In a car that had crashed into a pole outside of an east-side apartment building, Eric Colvin and Justice Wills were discovered and shot to death.

He was taken into custody last week in Los Angeles by LAPD and US Marshals in connection with two murder cases that were reported in October of the previous year.

Antwan Wills, Justice’s brother, stated, “Personally for myself, just the way things were going in the city, with the number of gunshot victims and homicides, I knew that it would take some time.” “My biggest worry is that it will be put on hold due to everything else that keeps happening,” said the speaker.

In a year in which IMPD investigated a record 272 homicides, Wills and Colvin were victims of #120 and #121 of homicides.

“Gun violence is just something you hear about on the news every day, even if it’s not specifically happening here,” said Antwan.

Although Justice’s family had received tips nearly from the beginning of the investigation, the allegations against Ball were unveiled on the day of his arrest last week.

When asked if we knew who that was, none of us could identify it as Lamar Ball, according to information that was received, stated Antwan. ‘Hey, I’ll give you $20 if you take me over to my friend’s house,’ his friend texted my brother, urging him to do. My brother responded, “Okay, I can do that.” They were both shot as soon as they arrived as they pulled up.

The victim’s family never stops collecting funds in hopes of winning a murder conviction.

It intends to dedicate a basketball court in a park to Justice.

“I just want everyone to treat each other like humans and be civil,” Antwan remarked. “Even if you disagree with someone, that isn’t a justification for taking their life.”
