Members of the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team from Indiana welcomed home after serving nine months in Kosovo

Indianapolis, Indiana – On Thursday, around one hundred troops of the 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team returned home from their deployment in Kosovo to the Indiana National Guard.
The mission had been going on for nine months when the squad returned.
Families and friends of the service members were waiting at the Postal Ramp on South Hoffman Road to welcome the group of servicemen as the jet carrying them arrived there.
Operation Joint Guardian is a NATO operation that aims to provide a safe, secure, and free environment for the people of Kosovo. As part of this initiative, the 76th Infantry Brigade has been deployed to Kosovo.
