Pendleton Pride to host 2nd annual event Saturday
Indianapolis, Indiana – Pendleton Pride: Queer and Trans, Families, Allies, Friends, a local LGBTQ support group, is hosting the second annual Pendleton Pride event.
It takes place on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. in the Circle at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana.
Pendleton Pride is intended to promote the LGBTQ+ community as an essential component of the community and raise awareness of the group, according to a press release.
According to the press release, the event will feature free local food vendors, drag queen entertainment, and LGBTQ+ community/healthcare services from organizations like GLSEN of Central Indiana, Indiana Youth Group, and Indy Pride.
The Pendleton Pride Facebook page has further details on the event. There is still space for additional booths, regional cuisine, and wellness/community exhibitors.
