Rev. Charles Williams Park’s $2.25 million renovation begun
Indianapolis, Indiana — City leaders officially start work on a near-northside park renovation.
Off Sutherland Avenue, Reverend Charles Williams Park is located next to Fall Creek.
A new playground, horseshoe courts, a picnic shelter, and an open lawn area will all cost $2.25 million.
Additionally, a perimeter loop trail connecting the park to a trail will be built.
By the summer of 2023, according to the city, construction should be completed.
