Rise’n Roll Bakery to celebrate grand opening of new Nora location
Indianapolis, Indiana – On Friday, Rise’n Roll Bakery will commemorate the launch of its new Nora location.
The bakery is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1115 E. 86th St. Sundays will be its closed day.
As it inaugurated its new store in Nora, the company announced in September that it would be closing its sites in downtown and Broad Ripple.
For the first 100 people in line on Friday, Nov. 10, during its big opening, Rise’n Roll is giving away something. The grand prize, which is 52 vouchers good for a dozen free donuts per week, is given to the first person in line and is free donuts for a whole year.
Each person in positions two through five will receive 12 coupons good for a dozen donuts, and each person in positions six through fifteen will receive a voucher good for a complimentary dozen. For everyone else, from 16 to 100, there will be a coupon good for a free donut.
The business announced its intention to enter the Carmel/Westfield region in September. Rise’n Roll claimed it is “close to finalizing” plans for a new site in Westfield, and an announcement is expected later this month. It sounds like those plans are almost a reality.
The firm, which is headquartered in Middlebury, Indiana, was founded in 2001 when a young Amish couple began selling baked products from their front porch. In the end, they established a bakery in Middlebury. In 2009, a non-Amish family acquired the business and started franchising it.
Additional locations in central Indiana are Avon, Fishers, and Greenwood. Bakeries can be found throughout the state in a number of municipalities, including Elkhart, Schererville, Valparaiso, and Warsaw.
Rise’n Roll, well-known for its cinnamon caramel donuts, won “Overall Fan Favorite” and took first place in several categories in the Underground Donut Tour’s “America’s Greatest Donut” competition this year.
