Silver Alert canceled as South Bend PD searches for woman

She was found safe, according to a tweet from police.
SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The South Bend Police Department is looking for a woman believed to be in extreme danger and possibly in need of medical assistance.
South Bend police say Rebecca Yakim-Laffoon, 38, was last seen around 5 a.m. Monday.
She is 5-feet-4 and 130 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. Police say she was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a sheer pajama top.
