The man suspected of flashing patrons at Walmart apprehended by Greenfield police

Indianapolis, Indiana – According to police, a Richmond man is being held on suspicion of baring his genitalia on September 23 at a Walmart in Greenfield.
Community members sent anonymous tips to the Greenfield Police Department, which helped identify a suspect, Charles G. Moore, 61. Moore was detained on suspicion of public indecency on Wednesday and transported to the Hancock County Jail.
Greenfield police congratulated the Greenfield community and its new tip411 tool, which helped with three previous missing people cases, in a news release.
Moore’s trial is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on December 4. Online court records indicate that a $2,000 cash bond has been imposed. After 15 days or upon filing a petition to revoke probation, Moore is permitted to pay the bond.
