The Richard Allen case judge scheduled two additional hearing days
Indianapolis, Indiana – The judge presiding over Richard Allen’s double murder trial in Carroll County, Maryland, has scheduled two additional days for hearings.
The hearing on the defendant’s bond was originally scheduled for February 17, but it was postponed.
There were no dissenting voices from the attorneys on either side regarding the postponement.
The new hearing dates have been scheduled for the 15th and 16th of June by Judge Frances Gull. The trial is scheduled to take place in March, but there is no information available regarding when a new date will be selected.
Abby Williams and Libby German’s deaths are suspected to have been caused by Allen in 2017.
