To make improvements, IndyGo is looking for feedback from its users
Indianapolis, Indiana – If you’ve used the IndyGo, you undoubtedly have some opinions regarding the ride and areas for improvement. The organization recently started its second annual Customer Perception Survey in an effort to gather input from its riders.
According to the agency, the survey’s results will assist it in identifying its strengths and areas for improvement.
“We always find great value in receiving feedback from riders,” stated Jennifer Pyrz, president and CEO of IndyGo, in a press statement. “We can improve the quality of our service and increase mobility in Marion County whenever we have the chance to speak with our riders face-to-face and get their candid feedback.”
Until Saturday, the survey can be accessed online at this link, in person at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center’s main doors and at a kiosk within the lobby.
One MyKey tap card that may be loaded with $4 worth of transit value will be given to participants who finish the survey and provide their contact details at the conclusion. Each participant may only have one card.
If you already have a MyKey account, you can use the transit value from this card to verify trips made on IndyGo’s routes. Any ticket vending machine will allow you to refill the card with fare if you don’t already have one for MyKey.
