Two Bloomington pools set to open this weekend after long closure due to Covid-19
Bloomington, Indiana – After being closed in 2020 due to Covid-19 pandemic, Bryan Park Pool and Mills Pool are set to open Saturday for 2021 season the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department confirms.
According to the schedule, Bryan Park Pool will operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day until September 6th. Starting August 4th, when school year starts in Monroe County, new working hours schedule will be released. The pool is located at 1020 S. Woodlawn Ave.
The second outdoor pool, Mills Pool, will be open until August 3rd and will operate the same hours as Bryan Park Pool. It is located at 1100 W. 14th St.
Both pools offer free pass for children aged 3 or less, while the entrance for all the others will be $5.
There will be also a season pass available to buy which will cost $50. This pass will allow entrance in both pools during the 2021 season. The season pass can be bought at Bryan Park Pool. It can be paid with cash, credit card or check.
