Two people injured in a crash between a vehicle and a holiday-themed train in Hamilton County

Cicero, Indiana – Responding crews were sent to the scene of a crash between a vehicle and a train decked out for the holidays that runs this time of the year in Hamilton County.
The crash occurred at around 8 in the evening at a railroad crossing located along West Brinton Street in Cicero.
Two occupants of the vehicle were assessed for injuries at the scene after the crash, but chose not to get any additional treatment, a spokesperson for the Cicero Fire Department said. There were no other people injured in the crash.
We’ve been informed that the train can go as fast as around 10 miles per hour at its highest speed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
