Westfield’s Grand Park will host the first-ever collegiate pickleball tournament

Westfield, Indiana – The Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield will soon host a significant event.
From January 3 to January 7, there will be the first Midwest Open and Pickleball Collegiate Championships. College teams from all across the country will compete for a $50,000 grand prize in this event.
A tournament for pickleball players of all ages and ability levels will also be included.
Westfield Mayor Andy Cook spoke at the announcement on Tuesday, saying, “We are absolutely thrilled to introduce to Grand Park a sport that is taking the nation literally by storm.”
Sept. 14 marks the start of event registration.
