1 injured in Camby overnight shooting
Indianapolis, Indiana – Police in Indianapolis discovered one victim of a shooting on the southwest side of the city on Wednesday night, and an investigation is now beginning.
Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a shooting on Belmac Lane in Camby just before 11:30 p.m. That’s a community close to Mooresville Road and State Road 67.
When the police arrived, they discovered a man who had been shot. He was hospitalized in Indianapolis and was last seen there in a critical but stable condition.
The male was allegedly shot on Pippen Place in the same area, according to investigators.
Neither the shooting’s cause nor any suspect information was disclosed by IMPD. There have been no detentions.
