Indianapolis, Indiana – In relation to the October 19 hit-and-run murder of a man on East Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive, Indianapolis police stated on Tuesday that a 25-year-old woman was taken into custody on Monday.
Tommy Brock Jr., 32, passed away after police were called to the 1700 block of East Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive for a personal injury collision involving a pedestrian that occurred just before midnight on October 19.
