Holiday Market in Bloomington set to take place on Saturday
Bloomington, Indiana – This Thanksgiving weekend is a great opportunity for Bloomington residents to spend time with their families at the Holiday Market.
According to the City of Bloomington, the 20th Anniversary of the Holiday Market will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 401 N. Morton St. in Bloomington. City officials reminded those planning to attend the event that admission is free, and parking will be free all weekend.
The organizers said that there will be Art and Fine Craft Vendors, Farm Vendors, and Food & Beverage Artisans meaning that the attendees will directly support small local businesses and help them in these difficult times.

- 10 a.m. Holiday Market opens with free admission
- 10 a.m. Visits by Santa and Mrs. Claus throughout the day
- 10 a.m. Dedication of Fernandez Plaza by Mayor John Hamilton
- 10:30-11:30 a.m. Live music by the Bloomington Chamber Singers
- 11:30 a.m.-noon Preview performance of “The Nutcracker” by IU Ballet
- Noon-1 p.m. Hungry Five German oom-pah music
- 1-1:30 p.m. Sneak peek of Constellation Stage & Screen’s holiday musical: “Elf”
- 1:30-2:30 p.m. Live music by The Dynamics
- 3 p.m. Holiday Market closes and the 2022 Farmers’ Market season ends
