Woman’s weapon accidentally discharged inside Cumberland Culvers
Indianapolis, Indiana – According to the Cumberland Police, a handgun was unintentionally discharged inside the Cumberland Culvers on Saturday afternoon.
At 1:35 p.m., officers responded to a complaint of gunfire at the restaurant at 11315 E. Washington St. According to the police, an unnamed woman entered Culvers, sat down at a table, grabbed into her pocketbook, and unintentionally squeezed the trigger.
The suspect made an effort to claim that she “popped a balloon” to onlookers. She quickly left the area and is still at large.
There were no reported casualties since the bullet was lodged in the wall. The spent cartridge case has been located.
On the outskirts of Indianapolis is the Cumberland Culvers.
