3 hurt in nighttime fire on west side
Indianapolis, Indiana – An midnight mobile home fire that imprisoned three individuals and injured them is being investigated by firefighters.
Three persons were trapped when firefighters arrived at a mobile home fire in the 1200 block of Rushmore Blvd. East, according to Capt. Eric Banister of the Wayne Township Fire Department.
Firefighters were able to free two victims, and one was able to free himself.
According to Banister, all three victims sustained injuries, with one being in severe condition. They were sent to a hospital in the city.
The fire crews were all unharmed. The fire’s origin is still under investigation.
