A car fire destroys an auto business off Franklin Road in Indianapolis’ east side
Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indianapolis Fire Department reports that an automobile shop facility on the east side sustained damage after a car fire in a parking lot spread.
At approximately 5:43 a.m. on Saturday, the IFD and Lawrence firefighters were initially dispatched to the scene of a building fire at the intersection of East 30th Street and North Franklin Road. Later on, the address was modified to Alibaba Motors’ address, 2760 N. Franklin Rd.
When they got there, they saw that a car fire had spread to the structure, but the fire was put out in roughly fifteen minutes by firefighters.
There were no reported injuries from the fire.
