Accident outside Indianapolis International Airport, pedestrian hurt
Indianapolis, Indiana – Following an accident outside of the Indianapolis International Airport, on Friday, one person was taken to the hospital.
According to an Airport Authority spokesperson, the accident happened overnight on the lower level of the terminal in the passenger pickup area near the baggage claim.
A motorist lost control of their vehicle, according to a statement from the airport. A pedestrian was hurt, and several vehicles were hit.
Later, the pedestrian was transported to the hospital with what are considered non-life threatening injuries.
