End of 2023 real estate report
Indianapolis, Indiana – According to “Talk to Tucker Realtors,” the home market was active last year but changed in 2022.
F.C. Tucker Realtor Dan Brown discussed the housing market at the end of 2023.
Brown says interest rates more than doubled through 2022 and stayed high last year, while central Indiana’s typical home price declined modestly in November and December.
Brown said homes sell twice as slowly, giving buyers more time but sellers more patience.
Brown also predicts affordability will drive the housing market in 2024.
