Fatal I-69 NB collision claims one life

Madison County, Indiana — On Saturday afternoon, a deadly single-vehicle collision on I-69 northbound close to Pendleton is being investigated by Indiana State Police.
Just before 2:00 p.m., Madison County ISP officers were dispatched to reports of a significant auto accident in the northbound lanes of Interstate 69 close to the State Road 38 exit.
When responding cops arrived, they discovered a car that was completely upside down.
The driver, a male adult, has been identified and has been declared dead.
Police have not yet confirmed the facts of the collision because they are still looking into it.
