Gale is being charged with aggravated violence and attempted murder. Online records also reveal that he was the subject of an October warrant issued by Allen Superior Court 5 over a battery offense.

The 37-year-old male from Fort Wayne was described as having a robust build and standing 6 feet 2 inches tall. There was a gray sweatshirt on him. The police said he’ll be walking.
