Free at-home COVID-19 tests for Monroe County residents

Bloomington, Indiana – According to a press release from the health department, Bloomington residents can now receive two free at-home COVID-19 tests per person from the Monroe County Health Department or the Monroe County Public Health Clinic.
The health department is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m, and the public health clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Starting in July, the clinic will remain open until 6 p.m. on Mondays and will open from 8 to 11 a.m. every second Saturday of the month.
In late May, the county received 20,000 at-home COVID-19 tests from the Indiana Department of Health.
Both organizations will be distributing additional tests to agencies that serve high-risk clients.
