Gas leak on Jordan Avenue between Third and Seventh streets now fixed
Bloomington, Indiana – Jordan Avenue gas leak issue was fixes on Sunday.
The gas leak issue happened on Jordan Avenue just between Third and Seventh streets. All the students, staff and faculty on Indiana University in Bloomington were informed about fixing the issue with an alert sent out by the officials.
The first statement about the issue was posted on Twitter around 10 a.m. According to that statement, the gas leak issue should have been fixed within a hour. There was also request people to avoid that area as a precaution.
Later, while crews were still working in the area, Indiana University said the gas leak was finally fixed.
