Greenwood police arrested two teenagers in relation to the 18-year-old’s fatal shooting

Greenwood, Indiana – Regarding the fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday in a Greenwood residential neighborhood, two teens have been taken into custody.
Ethan David, an Indianapolis resident of eighteen years, was recognized as the deceased by the Johnson County Coroner’s Office.
The Greenwood Police Department said that at some point on Sunday night, a neighbor discovered David shot to death in a car in the 2000 block of Liberty Way Drive. The neighbor alerted the police.
Officers discovered David suffering from gunshot wounds inside the car when they arrived. At the scene, he was declared deceased.
Authorities declared on Wednesday morning that a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy had been taken into custody for their respective involvement in the incident.
The suspects’ identities are still under wraps.
The 17-year-old will face adult murder charges, the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office said.
