Indianapolis will host the Eagles’ farewell tour in October

Indianapolis, Indiana – The Eagles announced their final tour after more than 50 years of touring and filling venues.
As part of their “The Long Goodbye” tour, the band will make a stop in Indianapolis on October 9 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Don Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Vince Gill, and Deacon Frey will participate in numerous gigs in each location throughout the tour, depending on what their fans want to see.
The tour is anticipated to last until 2025.
On July 14, tickets will be available through Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. Pre-sales will begin on July 12th.
The Eagles have played more than 1,000 concerts worldwide since their formation in 1971, and their best-selling record in history (“Greatest Hits 1971-1977”) has sold more than 150 million copies worldwide.
The group has received 18 Grammy nominations and has won six of them, including Record of the Year for “Hotel California” in 1978.
On September 7, the group will begin their tour in New York City.
