Indy Ignite and the Fishers Event Center are set to host the Pro Volleyball Federation All-Star Match

Fishers, Indiana – Central Indiana is set to welcome another prestigious all-star event. The Fishers Event Center is set to host the first-ever Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) All-Star Match this February.

The Indianapolis area has been selected for another exciting all-star event, having previously hosted the NBA All-Star Game in February 2024 and set to welcome the WNBA All-Star Game in July 2025. The Indy Ignite are gearing up for the launch of their inaugural season.

“Hosting three All-Star events in just 18 months and including this event in the Ignite’s inaugural season demonstrates the remarkable ability of our community to unite and establish ourselves as the premier destination for champions,” stated Sarah Myer, chief of staff and strategy for Indiana Sports Corp.

The upcoming PVF All-Star Match is set to highlight the league’s finest players, captivating a nationwide audience on CBS. Jen Spicher, the CEO of the league, described the match as a “defining moment” for both the league and the sport of volleyball.

“Collaborating with CBS to showcase the All-Star Match to a nationwide audience highlights our dedication to enhancing the visibility of our athletes and offering exceptional access to volleyball enthusiasts across the country,” Spicher stated. “We are thrilled to collaborate with CBS Sports on this amazing opportunity and express our gratitude for their steadfast support in elevating the visibility of professional volleyball.”

The Indy Ignite, the latest addition to the league, has made the Fishers Event Center their home base. The team is excited to take on the role of host.

“It’s truly remarkable to host the inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation All-Star weekend while we celebrate the first season of Indy Ignite,” stated Mary Kay Huse, president and general manager of Indy Ignite. “We appreciate the backing of the Indiana Sports Corp, Hamilton County Sports Authority, and the City of Fishers in obtaining this bid.” We are excited to assemble our All-Star Host Committee and begin crafting an incredible experience for volleyball enthusiasts nationwide.

The Hamilton County Sports Authority is collaborating with Ignite and the City of Fishers to take on hosting responsibilities.

The All-Star Host Committee is dedicated to organizing a groundbreaking inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) All-Star Game that will highlight the remarkable skills of the PVF and the sport of volleyball. “The PVF All-Star Game showcases Indiana as a premier destination for world-class events, thanks to the region’s passionate sports knowledge and enthusiastic fanbase,” stated Carl Daniels, director of Hamilton County Sports Authority.

The PVF All-Star Match will feature athletes from every team in the league. Details regarding the selection process and format will be revealed at a later date, while tickets are expected to be available in the upcoming weeks.

The Ignite’s first season is set to kick off on January 11 and will continue until May. Fans can purchase tickets through the team’s official website.
