Local fitness center holds its second-ever “Bootcamp and Brunch” event

Indianapolis, Indiana – This Saturday at 11 a.m., Omni Fitness will host its second annual Bootcamp and Brunch event. Prepare to work up a sweat while enjoying a meal.
Participants in the event that strives to elevate the mind, body, and spirit are welcome to be fitness and wellness enthusiasts.
The 2:30 p.m. event is a boot camp program designed to push individuals’ boundaries while developing their potential.
This high-intensity workout, led by seasoned fitness instructors Ryan Coleman and Nick Scruggs, seeks to ignite a fresh enthusiasm for an active lifestyle and leave participants with useful fitness.
The event will be held at 5255 North Tacoma Avenue Unit 1, according to its organizers, and it will highlight the value of exercise, cooperation, and relaxation.
