Eaton, Indiana – After working the late shift at the Cafe Valley Bakery in Marion, Michael Tormoehlen was eager to get some much-needed rest when he chose to check the Hoosier Lottery app shortly before going to bed.

Tormoehlen was tired and possibly a little bleary-eyed when he looked at the CA$H 5 drawing winning numbers and noticed that they were quite similar to the five numbers he had chosen.

Eaton maintenance supervisor Michael Tormoehlen recently won $110,000.

“I just can’t believe it,” Tormoehlem told the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Office when he came to collect his winnings. “I’m still in shock that all those numbers matched!”

504 E. Indiana Avenue is the address of the Eaton petrol station where Tormoehlen bought his $110,000 winning ticket.

The Eaton man may have expected to win a few bucks, but he ended up with more than he could have imagined, with CA$H 5 having a one-in-eleven chance of winning, according to the Hoosier Lottery. Sufficient to startle him out of his fatigue, even following an extended work shift.
