Man seriously hurt after a motorcycle accident
Kokomo, Indiana – The Kokomo Police Department is looking into a motorcycle accident that happened Saturday night and seriously injured a man.
According to investigators, a 28-year-old Kokomo male was traveling north on Park Road toward Markland Avenue in a maroon 2007 Harley Davidson when he lost control while navigating the curves, hit the north curb, and was ejected from the motorbike.
The man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, according to investigators.
The sufferer was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment after suffering life-threatening injuries, and was then flown by helicopter to a hospital in Indianapolis.
The Kokomo Police Department is still looking into the event.
