Police in Carmel looking for a man wanted for fraud

Carmel, Indiana – According to authorities, the public’s assistance is needed in locating a man who is wanted for fraud.
The person is suspected of using several credit cards that were stolen from lockers at a Carmel fitness center and several department stores on August 8.
